Our Tax Services Service Pledge We will always exercise the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism when dealing with clients. We will always be prompt and diligent in answering inquiries from clients. We will not accept an engagement unless we are confident that we have the knowledge, experience and resources to provide the best service available in a timely manner. We will not charge a fee to a client's credit card account unless and until the client is completely satisfied with the services provided. If we make an error on a tax return that results in additional interest and/or penalties to a client after being provided timely and accurate information from the client, we will pay such interest and/or penalties.
